60-Good-Nights Guarantee

We accept returns on the bed that are registered after 30 days and before 60 days of receiving the bed. Natural rubber can take a few nights to adjust after being roll packed for shipping and it may also take time for our bodies to adjust to new sleeping surfaces. That is why we ask you to sleep on it for at least 30 days before an unlikely registration of a return.

The items shall be in good condition. In the event of damage, stains or other external influences on the entire product or parts of the product, we will only charge for the value of the affected parts.

In case of a wanting to make a return, please send an email to us that you wish to make a return, and we will contact you and send you a return form and return packaging. You will then be contacted by the shipping company and a suitable pick-up time will be determined.

At the time of collection, all parts must be enclosed in the received return bags. The return is free of charge, however, in the case of a return, you will be charged for an environmental fee of 1500SEK.

If the shipping company considers that the bed cannot be returned, you will be charged 1000SEK and a new pick-up time will be booked. If the shipping company considers that return is not possible, the return is not approved by us.
